Kerry Coupe joined the Rutland & Stamford Mercury in 2007 as a trainee reporter, qualifying as a senior reporter in 2009. She became head of content in 2014. In 2017, she became editor of the Rutland & Stamford Mercury, Rutland Times and Bourne Local.
