Experienced cutters and colourists at FRAME Hair Salon between Sawbridgeworth and Hatfield Heath offer bespoke service

A contemporary hair salon offering clients cutting-edge styles in a relaxed atmosphere is celebrating its first anniversary.

FRAME Hair Salon, in the countryside location of Little Hyde Hall between Sawbridgeworth and Hatfield Heath, prides itself on its five-star service delivered by a professional and friendly team of experienced cutters and colourists.

The salon is owned by former Bishop’s Stortford schoolgirl Fiona Donovan, 37, and she and her team provide a bespoke service tailored to each individual client.

Fiona, who went to Hockerill Anglo-European College before attending The Bishop’s Stortford High School for sixth form, moved to London at the age of 19 to begin working in the industry.

Her time in the capital included working for Charles Worthington in the West End as well as at prestigious events such as London Fashion Week and the BAFTAs.

Fiona also spent time teaching for L’Oreal across the UK, on the continent in Germany and Spain as well as in India.

She decided to open her own salon in Loughton six years ago and has seen it go from strength to strength.

Last November she opened the second FRAME as her dream was always to have two salons and wanted one closer to the place she used to call home.

FRAME is an accredited salon for L’Oreal and ethical, sustainable brand Davines and offers four levels of cuts - from stylist and senior stylist to master stylist and director - so there is plenty of choice.

It also provides luxury hair treatments, bespoke to clients’ hair types, plus hair smoothing and extensions.

“Our aim is to deliver a high level of service to all our clients,” said Fiona. “We want to welcome you with the best salon experience from the moment you walk through our doors. “Our clients’ personal experience is so important to us and we continue to exceed all clients’ needs and expectations as well as giving them outstanding hair.”

Fiona and her team get to know all their clients and there are complimentary refreshments, including a glass of prosecco, to make the FRAME experience even more memorable as well as lots of free parking outside the salon.
