"The past 12 months have placed an incredible toll on our communities. We are delighted to support this campaign and help create the right conditions for our people, places and businesses to flourish."

Briege Leahy, chief executive of Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce, said: "In what has been an incredibly challenging year, the chamber team and I have seen that businesses are keen to offer assistance to others wherever they can, which has been further highlighted in our Hertfordshire Heroes Award category in the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards.

"The 'Let's Keep the Heart in Hertfordshire' campaign's purpose is to help rebuild Hertfordshire and highlight commercial opportunities for Herts-based businesses, and it's lovely to see how much take-up we've received.
