A120 crash: Young child among three taken to hospital after collision between Stansted Airport and Dunmow




A young child was one of three people taken to hospital after a crash on the A120 between Stansted Airport and Dunmow.

Essex Police is appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.

The force was called at about 11am on Saturday (August 14) with reports of a collision on the eastbound dual carriageway involving a red Renault and a black Volvo.

The occupants of the Volvo – a man, woman and young child – were injured and taken to hospital for treatment. Both cars were damaged.

The A120 was closed for several hours while emergency services dealt with the aftermath.

Police want to speak to anyone who saw the collision or who has dashcam footage. Call 101, quoting incident 486 of 14 August.
