Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a 20-year-old wanted man with links to Elsenham.
Patrick Clark, 20, from Ipswich, is wanted on prison recall for aggravated vehicle taking. Herts police say he has connections with St Albans and Redbourn, in Hertfordshire, as well as the Elsenham area.
