Burglars steal cash box contents at house in Pinelands in Bishop’s Stortford




Police are investigating a burglary at a house in Bishop’s Stortford in broad daylight on Saturday (July 27).

The break-in happened in Pinelands, a cul de sac off Lindsey Road near Bishop’s Stortford Veterinary Hospital, between 7am and 7.40am.

The victim, in their 50s, reported that a large black money box containing a quantity of cash of different currencies had been emptied.
