Countdown to the 26th annual St Clare Hospice 10k

Limber up for St Clare Hospice’s annual 10k race, which returns on Sunday April 5.
The chip-timed road race, run under UK Athletics rulings, sets off from the hospice in Hastingwood, by junction 7 of the M11 at Harlow, at 10.30am, following a route that is suitable for all abilities, whether you are new to running, a club runner or a wheelchair athlete.
Participants must be aged 15 and over. Entry is £12 for affiliated runners and £14 for non-affiliated runners who sign up before Monday March 30. Registration on the day opens at 9am and costs £15.
