LEARN MOREThe first show home at Bishop's Stortford's new Goodsyard development in the town centre will open in late September.
Bellway is building 149 homes at main developer's Solum's project to rejuvenate the area around the railway station.
The property at The Exchange will open on Saturday September 25. It is part of a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The first residents are set to move in in early 2022. Prices start at £265,000.
The wider regeneration will deliver over 500 new homes as well as a care home, hotel, commercial and office space, and two multi-storey car parks.
Greg Allsop, sales and marketing director at Bellway North London, said: "As the first residential phase of this major regeneration project in Bishop's Stortford, The Exchange at Goodsyard has attracted a huge level of interest from not only potential buyers but the wider public.
"Besides delivering much-needed new homes, the Goodsyard scheme is bringing significant investment, job opportunities and a new station square and transport interchange to Bishop's Stortford.
"We're playing a leading role in this once-in-a-generation transformation of the town centre and have recently acquired land for a second phase of homes, to be known as Southside Locks at Goodsyard, which will provide a further 174 apartments within the wider Goodsyard scheme."
