Jet2.com and Jet2holidays unveil plans to operate more than 230 flights a week from Stansted Airport

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have added a new route to Jerez in Spain as they confirm their biggest ever summer programme from Stansted Airport.

The 2026 season will comprise flights and holidays to 47 sun and leisure city destinations with 2.4 million seats available.

During peak periods, the companies will operate more than 230 flights a week from the airport.

To support this expanded programme, 17 aircraft will be based at the airport, including, for the first time, new Airbus A321neo aircraft, which are over 20% more fuel efficient than older aircraft and have a lower noise footprint of 50%.

In addition to twice-weekly services (Tuesday and Friday) to the Spanish sherry capital Jerez, the airline and tour operator have increased flights to three existing destinations – Girona in Spain, Verona in Italy and Sardinia – during summer 2026.

Ciaran Brannigan, Stansted’s commercial director, said: “The popularity and demand for flights and holidays from Jet2.com and Jet2holidays at London Stansted continues to grow at great pace each year, as demonstrated by the early launch of their biggest ever summer programme in 2026.”
