Sawbridgeworth church hosts Kyiv accordion duo in concert to raise funds for victims of Ukrainian war

A concert billed as “one of the greatest examples of Ukrainian music” takes place in Sawbridgeworth on Tuesday (August 13).

Kyiv accordion duo Igor Sayenko and Oleksii Kolomoiets will perform Ukrainian classics at Sawbridgeworth Evangelical Congregational Church (SECC), London Road, from 6pm.

The concert is free, but the audience will be encouraged to donate to Felsted Aid and victims of the war in Ukraine.

It is the second time the accordion duo have performed at the church as they came to the town at the invitation of the Homes For Ukraine (Sawbridgeworth) Support Group around the same time last year.
