Man taken to hospital after crash involving car and motorbike in Stansted Road, Bishop’s Stortford




A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a crash in Bishop’s Stortford on Wednesday afternoon (May 7).

Police and paramedics were called soon after 1.30pm to the scene of a collision in Stansted Road involving a green Hyundai i10 and a grey Yamaha motorcycle.

A spokesman for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: “A man has been taken to hospital by paramedics.

“A road closure was put in place while paramedics attended the scene but this has now been lifted.”

The collision happened near the junction with Goodliffe Park, the retail estate that houses The Range, Wickes and Pets at Home.
