Bishop’s Stortford’s new Japanese and pan-Asian restaurant has asked East Herts Council for permission to serve alcohol.
Ikura opened in Apton Road earlier this summer in premises formerly occupied by a variety of food outlets including Waffles & More.
If granted, the licence would enable the restaurant and takeaway to serve alcohol every day from 11am to 9.30pm.
It has been submitted by Sandar Win, a director of Bishop’s Stortford Sushi Ltd with Aung Hthat Oo.
