After returning to the airport earlier this year, British Airways started flights to Split, Croatia’s second largest city, on Saturday (Sept 7).

And Ryanair, Stansted’s largest airline, is expanding its network with flights to Reggio and Linz next month and Dubrovnik and Sarajevo in November.

Split – BA CityFlyer will operate weekly flights using Embraer 190 aircraft with Club Europe and Euro Traveller cabins. Located on the Dalmatian coast, the city offers a blend of history, culture and natural wonders. Flights will operate every Saturday, departing from Stansted at 12.55pm and arriving in Split at 4.20pm. The return leaves Split at 5.05pm and arrives in Stansted at 6.45pm.
