Let’s Talk: Train passengers can quiz Greater Anglia managers during interactive event on X

Train passengers from Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth and Stansted can quiz Greater Anglia managers during a Let’s Talk event to be held online.

Travellers, including those on the West Anglia line between Cambridge and London Liverpool Street and the Stansted Express, can take part in the session on X, formerly Twitter, on Wednesday (December 13), between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

Passengers can also contribute feedback at greateranglia.co.uk/AllEars. Customers will be able to message @greateranglia and receive a response from a senior representative.

Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s commercial and customer service director, said: “It’s really important to us to hear from passengers about what matters to them and answer any questions they may have.

“We are keen to listen and to understand people’s experiences so that we can work to continually improve our service and meet customers’ expectations and needs.”
