Police appeal for information following man's alleged lewd act on train leaving Bishop's Stortford




Police investigating a report of outraging public decency on a train from Bishop's Stortford to London have released a picture of a man they want to speak to.

The incident, in which a man allegedly acted inappropriately in front of a woman, happened on Friday August 28 – leading into the bank holiday weekend ­– at 2.15pm.

The train was heading south from Stortford to Stratford in east London.

British Transport Police (BTP) has released a photo of a man they want to trace. It is believed he might have information that could help their investigation.
