M11 crash: Police appeal for dashcam footage of BMW convertible

Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a crash on the M11 near Bishop's Stortford which resulted in the arrest of a suspected dangerous driver.

The incident involved a silver BMW convertible and a Mini on the northbound carriageway between junctions 7 (Harlow) and 8 (Stortford/Stansted Airport) on Sunday (May 19) at around 2pm.

A 35-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink or drugs. He has since been released under police investigation.

A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We need to speak to anyone who saw or has dashcam of the collision or the way the BMW was being driven."
