Road rage incident in Bishop’s Stortford Tesco car park left woman ‘in fear of immediate violence’




Police are investigating after a road rage incident in a Bishop’s Stortford supermarket car park left a woman in fear of being assaulted.

On Sunday October 27 at around 1.15pm, the woman was driving her car at Tesco in Lancaster Way, Bishop’s Park.

While waiting at the junction with the fuel station, there was a verbal altercation with the driver of a blue Honda, “leaving the victim in fear of immediate violence”, say police. No injuries were reported.

Police are now appealing for witnesses and information.
