Spooky Hallowe'en fun for youngsters
Young trick or treaters got to dress up for Hallowe'en and enjoy an array of spooky activities at Bear & Eden coffee house.
The Lower Street venue laid on a special party for children on Thursday where they could make scary ghosts, decorate pumpkins, create ghoulish masks and get their faces painted.
Around 30 two-10 year olds and their parents joined in the event, which owner Jessica Ellis said was "crazy, but great fun!"
She added: "It was a lovely atmosphere and we had a little buffet downstairs and a disco upstairs for the children and they could move around the different activity stations we had set up and get ready for Hallowe'en.
"Parents were catching up and had a social gathering themselves while the children were entertained so it was a really friendly, jovial evening."
Bear & Eden, which opened earlier this year and regularly holds events, is now planning its festive season which will include teaming up again with the Calm Mammas Club.
