Two Harlow men charged with drug-dealing offences and Bishop's Stortford man also arrested

A 25-year-old Bishop's Stortford man was arrested on suspicion of dealing in hard drugs.

His alleged involvement was revealed as Essex Police disclosed that two men from Harlow have been charged following an investigation into drugs supply in their home town.

Richmond Agyapong, 26, of Willowfield, is charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin, being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.

Louis Preater, 21, of Netteswell Tower, is charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.

They appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on January 16 and were remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on February 15.

The 25-year-old from Stortford arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs has been released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
