Swastika vandals cause £1,000 damage to Sawbridgeworth community hall




Swastikas have been carved into the metal shutter doors at the Bullfields Centre in Sawbridgeworth, causing £1,000 damage.

The Nazi and anti-semitic symbols were etched into the Cutforth Road community hub on the evening of Thursday October 24.

Any witnesses or anyone with information about the incident should call police on 101 and cite crime reference 41/96852/19.

Just around the corner in Bullfields, a black Ford Focus was vandalised between 8.10am on Thursday (Oct 24) and 7.30am on Friday (Oct 25). Its windscreen was smashed and its bonnet scratched.
