Thieves steal cigarettes, tobacco and bottles of booze from Bishop’s Stortford Co-op




A “large amount” of cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol was stolen from Bishop’s Stortford’s Co-op.

The store in Sextons Road, near the railway station, which opened last summer, was raided last Tuesday (February 26) at around 6pm.

Hertfordshire Constabulary has released CCTV images of three people they want to identify following the incident.

PC Chloe Capp, who is investigating, said: “We are releasing these images because we believe the people pictured may have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist the investigation.”
