Bishop’s Stortford and Takeley 2025-26 fixtures in Southern League Premier Central and Isthmian League North Division
Bishop’s Stortford will visit Bromsgrove Sporting on the opening day of the 2025-26 Pitching In Southern League, Premier Central season on Saturday August 9.
The Blues’ first home league game of the new campaign comes three days later when AFC Sudbury visit the RDA Stadium on Tuesday August 12.
They are also at home on August 16 against Stamford ahead of a trip to Stratford Town on August 23.
Stortford host manager Steve Castle’s former club Royston Town on bank holiday Monday August 25 before completing the first month of the season with an as-yet-unknown FA Cup, first qualifying round tie on August 30.
The Blues are due to finish the campaign at home to Barwell, who were reprieved from relegation at the end of last season, on April 25.

Kieran Amos’ side’s first home league game at step four comes three days later when they entertain Waltham Abbey on Tuesday August 12.
They are due to come up against Cambridge City, who are managed by former Bishop’s Stortford player-boss Jamie Cureton, during the Christmas period on December 27 and over Easter on April 6.
Takeley’s final league game is scheduled to be at home to Wroxham on April 25.

Sawbridgeworth Town will kick-off their Spartan South Midlands League, Premier Division campaign at home to Winslow United on Saturday July 26.
The Robins, who have been transferred across from the Essex Senior League, also have a midweek clash at Wormley Rovers on Tuesday July 29.
There is also an early start for relegated Stansted as they begin life in Thurlow Nunn League, First Division South with a trip to Barkingside-based Newbury Forest on Saturday July 26 before also visiting May & Baker EC on Wednesday July 30.
