Bishop's Stortford Community Football Club under-12 Wanderers put in an excellent performance to thrash previously unbeaten Letchworth Garden City Blues 9-0.

Wilson Baldock, Jacob Wells and Samuel Griffiths all bagged braces in the Royston Crow League, Division Three contest, with Louie Maddison, Godi Haroldsson and Fraser Greet also netting.

Callum Castle's brilliant volley was one of several highlights when under-12 United beat Welwyn Pegasus Cobalts 5-0 in Mid-Herts Rural Minors League, Division Two.

Top scorer Finley Fraser opened the scoring from close range before Charlie Sacco's neat footwork enabled him to notch and Fraser struck again.

Castle's superb goal came before the break, with man of the match Jude Xavier getting a fine assist by beating two defenders and delivering an inch-perfect cross.

United put in a professional display after the interval and Sacco's second goal wrapped things up.

Man of the match Mason Broomfield claimed a hat-trick as under-12 Blues demolished Bedwell Pumas to reach the next round of the Royston Crow League Cup.

His strike partner Reece Harmsworth bagged a brace and there was a goal apiece for Morgan Rees and Lucca Mendonca.

Jared Lolomari sealed a 2-0 success for under-12 Rangers at Barnet Azzuri and in the MHRML Division Four Cup.

He burst through to score in the 54th minute after Drew Willats had given them an early lead with a header from Jack Dunn's cross.

Rangers never looked like conceding as Jess McCrae put in a player-of-the-match performance in defence.

Dominic Fiddler registered a second-half double as under-12 Athletic won 3-0 at Welwyn Pegasus Cyans in the MHRML Division Seven Cup.

Nate Brand and Fiddler created some clear openings before Mike Payne broke the deadlock five minutes before the break.

Further chances came after the interval and they were awarded a penalty in a goalmouth scramble, with Fiddler converting from the spot.

And Fiddler put the icing on the cake with his second goal following some good work down the left.

Ella Fobbester scored twice in a 5-0 home victory for the under-18 girls over Flitwick Eagles in Hertfordshire Girls Football Partnership League, Division Two.

There were few clear opportunities in the first period, but Jess Keating prodded in from five yards to put Stortford ahead.

The hosts were more expansive after the break and Alice Scott doubled the lead before good work by Alena Fisher enabled Fobbester to convert a one-on-one chance.

Claudia Allport-Diaz got her side's fourth and Fobbester completed the scoring after a good period of pressure.

Keating and Becca O'Blath were the players of the match.

Bryn Henriques produced a six-goal blitz as under-16 Rovers thumped Watton 9-1 in the first round of the MHRML Division One Cup.

The half-time substitute put the hosts to the sword with his exploits as his team progressed in style.

Adam Blair-Park got Rovers' first two goals, with both being created by his attacking partner Will Hall.

It took Henriques just 10 second-half minutes to score a hat-trick and he notched another three to go with a goal from Hall.

James Caldwell was man of the match thanks to an authoritative display.
