Isthmian League side Bishop's Stortford sign Callum Ibe, Tom Richardson and Jack Giddens

Bishop's Stortford have completed a triple signing and upped the number of summer recruits to five.

Former Stansted attacking midfielder Callum Ibe, striker Tom Richardson and experienced goalkeeper Jack Giddens have all agreed terms at the ProKit UK Stadium.

Ibe was part of the Airportmen squad that did a cup double in 2018-19 and also went close to winning the Essex Senior League, Premier Division title.

It was his late winner that earned Stansted success in the Errington Challenge Cup final against West Essex that season. He also helped the side lift the Gordon Brasted Memorial Trophy.

Front man Richardson's former clubs include East Thurrock United, Romford, Braintree Town and Aveley.

Shot-stopper Giddens got his hands on the Isthmian League, Premier Division trophy during his time at Billericay Town.

He was most recently at East Thurrock and has also featured between the sticks for the likes of Tilbury, Aveley and St Neots Town.

The three new arrivals follow in the footsteps of Frankie Merrifield and Ben Marlow, who have both returned to the Blues for the 2020-21 campaign.
