Bishop’s Stortford Handball Club beat Brighton 25-20 in EHA Men’s Regional League, South 2 East




Catalin Gauca scored 12 goals on his debut to help Bishop’s Stortford Handball Club beat Brighton 25-20 in their opening EHA Men’s Regional League, South 2 East match of the season.

Heroics from goalkeeper Henrique Silva, who was named man of the match, were also crucial in the success at the Herts and Essex Sports Centre.

Youssef El Mhajri contributed six goals, Ali Mountassir fired in four and there was one apiece for Alex Lyons, Robbie Marlow and debutant Adam Macdonald.
