It has been a great year so far for Teese, who has been playing darts since he was three and dreams of becoming a professional.

He has won two England events in 2024 and is the reigning Welsh Youth Open and Hungarian Open champion. He was also runner-up at the Hungarian World Masters.

Teese, who lives in Stansted with mum Simone, plays super league darts for Harlow Town and also competes in a Harlow club league on Thursday and Friday nights as well as the ADC Vaults competition on Wednesday evenings.

“I would love to become a professional one day, but there is a long way to go before I achieve that and I am working hard to achieve my dream,” said Teese, who is studying catering and hospitality at Cambridge Regional College.
