The newly-formed Birchwood Royals strolled to a couple of wins when they took part in the Worcester Walking Cricket Festival.

The first walking cricket team to be formed in Hertfordshire took on teams from Redditch, Evesham and Worcester at Old Elizabethans.

And, after registering two victories and suffering one defeat, the players deemed their first tour to be a great success.
