Marcus Cattell is looking for Bishop's Stortford to build on their latest win over Blackheath when they bid to cause an upset at leaders Caldy tomorrow (Saturday April 9).

They made it back-to-back bonus-point victories by seeing off the Londoners 24-19 at Silver Leys.

And now Stortford travel to the Wirral in search of a third straight success against a side that beat them 31-20 on December 4 to kickstart a run of 14 consecutive victories.

Caldy are currently seven points clear of Sale FC at the summit and won 18-17 at third-placed Rosslyn Park at the weekend.

"The challenge this week is to do it against the best team in the league at the moment," said Cattell. "There's no doubt we want to go to Caldy and win.

"No one will give us a hope, but the people who believe we can go there and win are within our playing group.

"There's no pressure on us – it's all on them as they've got everything to lose.

"If we can execute our game plan then we can cause them problems. And we know if we're not on it they will make us pay."

Stortford have made four changes to their starting line-up for the trip to Caldy. Mike Ayrton (hamstring) and Joss Linney (unavailable) are replaced at full-back by Tom Walker and on the wing by Jake Morris respectively. In the forwards, loose-head prop Matt Meek and hooker Harrison King come in for Will Roberts and Alex Rayment, who drop to the bench.
