Thorley Manor under-13s showed real desire to beat Henlow Hurricanes and claim their first win of the season.

There was some tireless running from all of the outfield players while goalkeeper Sam Bennett produced some heroics in a player-of-the-match performance.

Isaac, Rex and Blake also earned special praise, with the latter scoring twice.

Two long-range strikes from Noah helped under-13 Black get the better of Bengeo Tigers Siberians.

Alfred was also among the scorers while Seb Norman was named player of the match for his calm defensive display.

Under-14 Black enjoyed plenty of possession and created lots of chances in a 4-2 win over FC Comets.

After being pegged back having been two goals up, the team produced some superb passing to claim a deserved three points.

The under-12s showed fighting spirit to come from behind against Melbourn.

Two-goal Wilf was named player of the match while Ollie claimed his first goal for the club.

Under-11 Orange showed real resilience to triumph at Hoddesdon Town Hawks having gone behind four times.

There were braces for Joshua Duncan and Louis Bennett with Xander Spicer also getting on the score sheet.

Under-10 White looked confident when they took on FC Comets thanks to some nice link-up play in attack.

There were lots of positives and they know they can improve their movement at goal kicks and throw-ins.

The likes of Sonny, Henry, Viktor, George and player-of-the-match Kai scored for under-eight Orange against Girls Pro FC under-nines.

They passed the ball nicely while goalkeeper David also made some good saves.

Bobby won the player-of-the-match accolade after grabbing five goals for under-seven Black against Letchworth Garden City Eagles Black.

The hard-working Jacob claimed a double and Jude, who was captain on the day, showed determination to get on the score sheet as well.
