Dougie netted twice as Thorley Manor under-nine Black ended the season with a fine performance against Royston Town.

He was joined on the score sheet by Arlo while both Billy and Louie C were unlucky to be denied by the woodwork.

Jake worked hard throughout the game, Louie H stood tall under pressure and Lenny created Dougie’s second goal with a smart kick-in.

Under-eight Grey looked energetic and confident as they rounded off their campaign against Hatfield Green.

Albie, George and debutant Adam impressed defensively while Harvey caught the eye out wide.
