Thorley Manor FC under-12 Blacks beat Buntingford Cougars Stripes 11-0
There was a thumping 11-0 victory for Thorley Manor under-12 Blacks when they took on Buntingford Cougars Stripes.
Having shown maturity to solve the issue of not having a goalkeeper, the players also agreed to major tactical changes at half time as they enjoyed a big lead and took refereeing decisions that went against them on the chin.
Good movement and quick passing helped the under-11s run riot against Wymondley Park.
They were able to dominate proceedings as goals from Oscar, Jack, Joe, Nathan and Noah ensured they were comfortable winners.
The under-13s will be working on their finishing after having to settle for a 1-1 draw against Bury Rangers Whites while under-11 Whites were unable to test the goalkeeper and unluckily conceded three goals against Smart FC.
