Thorley Manor under-13s battle hard against Codicote Wildcats while Real Stortford under-17 Falcons beat Hoddesdon Town

Thorley Manor under-13s showed their combative side to draw 3-3 with table-topping Codicote Wildcats.

Luca and Rejs were among the goals as the team fought hard in a scrappy contest.

Shaun Rawding got the winner as the under-14s won 2-1 at 10-man Ashwell Academicals.

Aaron Stevens was also on target for the visitors as they eventually made their opponents pay for having their goalkeeper sent off.

Under-12 Black played out an entertaining goalless draw against Shephall United.

The side kept their concentration throughout and defended well as a unit.

Under-11 White found their shooting boots when they took on Royston Town Kestrels.

The likes of Aron, Ben, Ellis, Oscar, Leo and Benji all found the back of the net and the team were also solid at the back.

Esa Riaz took home the player-of-the-match trophy at the end of under-11 Black's game with Stotfold Juniors White.

Sam Bennett, who played in goal, and Rafferty Neal did well stepping up into the team as Thorley originally only had seven players.

Louis broke the deadlock and Lefteris scored a great first goal for the club in a tight game between under-10 Black and Bedwell Rangers.

They kept their lead thanks to some tireless running, in particular by man-of-the-match Jayden.

Under-nine Black showed real determination and scored through Joshua and Ronnie up against Baldock Town Knights.

And Stanley Pickett opened his account for the club in the under-eights' end-to-end match against Bassingbourn.

Real Stortford under-17 Falcons fought hard to win a tough Mid-Herts Rural Minors League, Under-18 Division Four contest at Hoddesdon Town Blacks 3-2.

Daniel Alaezi and Seb Smith were joined on the score sheet by Tom Gleeson, who tucked away a retaken penalty, while Harry Wilson starred between the sticks.

Goals from Finn Aylott and Josh Chinn earned under-18 Saracens a 2-0 home success over Welwyn Garden City Tornadoes in Division Five.

The man-of-the-match award went to Sam Booker.

Meanwhile, Kai Campbell was Real Stortford Men's man of the match against Cheshunt Rovers as his hat-trick guided them to a 4-1 success in East Herts Corinthian Sunday League, Division Four.

Charlie Kettle grabbed the other goal - when he looked second favourite to reach Harry Spall's long pass - as they recovered from falling behind in the first five minutes.
