Archduke and Jess Brett performing Bishop’s Stortford Acoustic Club show at South Mill Arts on Thursday February 20
Archduke will showcase his tightly-written pop songs in an energetic live show at Bishop’s Stortford Acoustic Club on Thursday February 20.
The Cambridge-based artist - real name Tom Dulieu - mixes devastating distorted guitar with sultry vocals and splitting falsetto.
The headliner, who will be accompanied by guitarist Jess Brett, has completed his debut 12-track album, Natural Protagonist, and is now hitting the road with regular touring and a string of releases planned.
With his blistering live show, Archduke has supported upcoming artists such as Sports Team, The Dunwells and Wild Front as well as established acts like Mark Chadwick of The Levellers in venues including The Railway in Winchester, The Horn in St Albans and The Fighting Cocks in Kingston.
You can check out the new music video for You’ll be Loved by searching for ArchdukeTD on YouTube or listen wherever you find your music.
Brett, who will accompany him at the South Mill Arts show, is a fine guitarist and has a marvellous vocal delivery.
The evening will also feature music from up to eight two-song floorspot acts.
Tickets, priced £7, can be bought in advance online at southmillarts.co.uk. Alternatively, pay by cash or card on the door. Doors open at 7.30pm and music starts at 8pm.
