Kids go free at Henry Moore Studios and Gardens

More news, no ads

Henry Moore Studios and Gardens has scrapped admission fees for children this school summer holidays.

The Perry Green landmark’s special offer means families can save £8.25 per youngster when pre-booking.

The studios and gardens said the decision was prompted by “the negative impact of continuous price increases and the cost of living crisis”.

The centre is the East Herts home and workplace of world-renowned sculptor Henry Moore, who died in 1986.

Visitors can experience art, design and nature while exploring 70 acres of woodland, gardens, and meadows. There’s also a chance to meet the shoppe and lambs which inspired Moore's work.

There are over 20 of Moore’s monumental artworks to discover on the grounds and six studios to explore.

Other facilities include baby changing at the visitor centre, buggy-friendly paths, food and drink at the on-site cafe, picnic areas, a gift shop and parking.
