Bishop's Stortford Museum lays on Easter activities for children
The team at Bishop's Stortford Museum are hosting Easter-themed activities to help keep children occupied during the forthcoming school holidays.
From Tuesday to Thursday, April 3-5, youngsters will be able to make their own Easter bunnies – complete with pink noses and fluffy tails – to take home at the end of the session.
The following Tuesday to Thursday (Apr 10-12), the museum is hosting a peg doll workshop. Children can design their own characters, whether that’s their favourite superhero or someone they know – the possibilities are endless.
Throughout the school holiday, visitors can take part in an Easter trail around the museum, which is part of the Rhodes Arts Complex. Anyone who manages to solve all of the clues can win a sweet treat.
There is no need to book for either of the craft activities or to take part in the trail, just drop in between 11am and 3pm. The activities cost £3 per child while the trail is free.
