Members of Bishop’s Stortford Art Society might not have to wait too long until they can exhibit their artworks in the town centre again – but until then their Spring Expo is online.

It's the third time in nine months that the society has profiled members' work virtually. It hopes the new selection by local artists will be as well received as its online exhibitions in July and November last year.

Spring Expo features 84 works for sale by 30 artists, ranging in price from £15 to £800.

Each member can show up to three artworks, which gives the exhibition a diversity of subjects and styles, with hopefully something for everyone.

BSAS committee member Nick Dittrich, one of the featured artists, said: "We're especially pleased to show work by new members who've joined us during the lockdowns. Even though we haven’t met yet, we're all enjoying their creative input."

There has never been a better time to join the society, founded in 1935, as it is continuing its free membership for 2021-22 for anyone over 18 of any ability. Email bsasmembers@outlook.com for membership details.
