Summer fayre preparations hot up at Bishop's Stortford primary school Manor Fields

LEARN MOREManor Fields' summer fayre is back in Bishop's Stortford on Sunday (July 3).
The Thorley Park primary school in Penningtons will host three hours of traditional fun from noon, with a 30-minute preview slot for families of children with special needs from 11.30am.
The activities and entertainment on offer include a petting zoo, inflatables, face painting and the chance to explore a fire engine.
For sporty visitors, there is an opportunity to take part in archery and a penalty shoot-out, provided respectively by Kitteridge Multi Sports Club and Thorley Manor Football Club.
There will be performances from cheerleaders, the school dance group and the choir.
Sideshows include hook a duck, water or wine, pick a lolly, tombola, lucky dip, soak a teacher and a coconut shy.
There will be a range of stalls selling handmade crafts and charity gifts as well as a choice of refreshments including Mexican food and a Pimm's bar.
