Circus Fantasia rolls into Bishop's Stortford for five performances this weekend
The thrill of the big top will be coming to Bishop’s Stortford when Circus Fantasia rolls into town this weekend.
Featuring spectacular aerialists, death-defying acrobats, fearless fire eaters and more, the circus troupe returns to Bishop’s Stortford Football Club on the Woodside industrial estate, off Dunmow Road, with its new family show this Friday until Sunday (Mar 6-8).
Among the newcomers for 2020 is Mr N Cowboys, with a whip-cracking, knife-throwing act that will have you on the edge of your seat, while the big belly laughs will be provided by the award-winning Rastelli musical clowns from Italy.
All performed in a new, state-of-the-art, heated big top, the acts will also include magic and illusion from Spain’s Duo Lumei, motorbike madness performed by the Easy Riders and mischief and mayhem from Alex the Fireman.
Other performers include Miss Reka on the giant aerial umbrella and the hula hooping Miss Anya. As an extra treat, visitors will be able to see the only set of travelling musical dancing water fountains.
The on-site ticket office is open from 10am to 8pm from Wednesday (Mar 4). Alternatively, call 0844 888 9991 or visit www.ticketline.co.uk.
Performances are at 5pm and 7.30pm on Friday, 2pm and 5pm on Saturday and 2pm only on Sunday.
Tickets are priced £10 (restricted view), £14 (side view), £18 (grandstand) and £22 (ringside) for adults and £8, £12, £16 and £20 respectively for children.
With a discount voucher available from the Indie office (while stocks last), these prices drop to £10, £11, £14 and £17 for adults and £8, £9, £12 and £15 for children. All seats are just £7 for the two Friday shows, while children go free to both Saturday performances when one child is accompanied by one adult paying the full price.
