Art and music event at Hatfield Broad Oak church

St Mary’s Church in Hatfield Broad Oak is hosting an afternoon of art and music on Sunday, November 28.

There is no entrance charge for the event from 11am to 3.30pm, but donations are welcome to help maintain the Grade 1 listed building, which is all that remains of a medieval priory.

A range of pictures and photographs from oil paintings to pet portraits and abstract pieces will be on show and the music will include jazz piano, acoustic guitar, organ and a preview from Nancy May from 2pm to 2.30pm as a taster for her concert at the church on Saturday, December 4.

There will be refreshments available including tea, coffee, filled rolls, cakes and mince pies.
