The Boxwood Chessmen headlining at Bishop's Stortford Acoustic Club at The Horn at The Half Moon on Wednesday July 6

More news, no ads

The Boxwood Chessmen will be bringing their unique style to Bishop's Stortford Acoustic Club on Wednesday July 6.

The semi-acoustic four-piece, hailing from East Anglia and Middlesex, have raided a fabulous musical pantry boasting the finest roots ingredients - folk, Americana, Angliana, hokum and a light dusting of swing - all delivered with panache and fun.

Pretty much anything goes into the pot for the headliners - and they call it Gloriana.
