Folk band Hunter Muskett playing Bishop’s Stortford Acoustic Club gig at The Belgian Brewer on Thursday October 31




Folk band Hunter Muskett take centre stage when Bishop’s Stortford Acoustic Club hosts a special show at The Belgian Brewer on Thursday (October 31).

The trio will perform a one-hour set, with support coming from the likes of Bill Tarran and Pat Crilly & Greg Camburn.

Hunter Muskett comprises Terry Hiscock (acoustic and electric guitars, slide guitar, piano, vocals), Doug Morter (acoustic and electric guitars, vocals) and Rog Trevitt (bass guitar, mandolin, vocals).

The band originally formed in 1968 and played at home and abroad until 1974, producing the albums Every Time You Move, with bassist Danny Thompson, and the Keith Relf-produced Hunter Muskett.

Since resuming touring in 2010, the band have released three albums of new material - That Was Then This Is Now, Unafraid and Sober and Roll On.

The Belgian Brewer is at the Links Business Centre off Raynham Road. Doors open at 7.30pm and music starts at 8pm. Entry is £5, cash or card, on the door.
