Enchanted: Magical winter wonderland returns to Audley End House this December
Audley End House's magical Christmas festival, Enchanted, returns this year and tickets are now on sale.
It has been two years since the English Heritage property near Saffron Walden was transformed into a winter wonderland, creating a fairy-tale landscape for all the family to enjoy. Tickets are available for selected dates from December 9 onwards.
Said a spokesman: "Audley End’s grounds are transformed into a winter wonderland of light, colour and sound.
"There’s magic at play with giant lilies reflecting in the River Cam, and along the wintry trail, families will be able to see Audley’s formal gardens aglow and the historic house lit with festive projections."
A kaleidoscope of colours will dance across the lawn, while for little ones, the true magic is to be found at the secret fairy village.
There will be mince pies and mulled wine, fairground rides and the gift shop will be open to browse for Christmas presents. To book tickets, visit www.english-heritage.org.uk.
