The Adventures of Bo Peep comes to South Mill Arts
A brand new and magical adaptation of well-loved nursery rhyme Little Bo-Peep is coming to Bishop's Stortford on Saturday (July 31).
The show at South Mill Arts features a flock of woollen puppets, original music and sheep-themed silliness, and is the perfect introduction to theatre for little ones, with an interactive story and sensory learning.
The Adventures of Bo Peep is a collaboration between Knuckle and Joint – the award-winning resident puppetry company at Churchill Theatre in Bromley, south-east London – and Churchill Theatre Creative Learning, and was born out of their shared idea of providing a first theatre experience for young children.
Counting her sheep always sends Bo Peep off to sleep by bedtime, but with no sign of them yet she will be up all night searching. The audience members, aged from two, can help her save her little lambkins from danger in time for bed!
It promises to be a theatre experience that provides little ones with the freedom to wriggle in their seats, interact with the puppets and access the arts at a young age.
The show starts at 2pm. For tickets and more information see www.southmillarts.co.uk.
