From No Parlez to The Secret Of Association - An Intimate Evening With Paul Young takes place at the Bishop’s Stortford venue on Thursday April 24.
Musician, singer and songwriter Young was in several bands before becoming a household name as a solo artist in the 1980s.
Debut album No Parlez, which was released in 1983, was the first of three UK number one long-players and he had top 10 singles with the likes of Love of the Common People, Wherever I Lay My Hat, Come Back and Stay, Every Time You Go Away and Everything Must Change.
The Luton-born performer featured on the 1984 charity single Do They Know It’s Christmas? before also appearing at the following summer’s Live Aid concert at Wembley Stadium.
He has continued to enjoy success performing with his Tex-Mex band Los Pacaminos.
His appearance at the South Road arts complex will see him combine conversation and acoustic versions of his songs as he gives an intimate overview of his career.
The following evening, Friday April 25, provides the chance to see an outstanding, exciting and dynamic tribute to one of the world’s greatest and most iconic rock bands.
Crazy Little Thing Called Queen is a fully costumed, live extravaganza, bringing you a respectful homage to the incredible force that was Freddie Mercury and Queen.
Yvan Silva’s incredible vocal power and showmanship, along with some of the finest dedicated Queen tribute musicians, deliver an unforgettable show, guaranteed to get you rocking out to the group’s greatest hits.

The Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel, are gearing up for their upcoming stadium shows after burying the hatchet, but the South Mill Arts audience can belt out the hits with Oasiz.
The tribute act will also be celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Manchester group’s second album (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? which sold a record-breaking 345,000 copies in its first week and has shifted over 22 million copies worldwide.
Put on your dancing shoes when Miss Disco return to the South Mill Arts stage for another night of joyous escapism on Friday May 16.
Expect a breathless evening of feel-good anthems by disco’s biggest icons, including Chic, Sister Sledge, Chaka Khan, Bee Gees, Gloria Gaynor and Earth Wind & Fire, alongside disco-inspired classics from the nineties, noughties and beyond.
The floor fillers are all performed 100% live by Miss Disco’s incredible seven-piece band, fronted by their truly extraordinary disco diva lead vocalist Susan Pinky.
