Enjoy winter weekends at Henry Moore Studio and Gardens

Henry Moore Studios and Gardens will be opening for winter weekends in November and December.

Godfrey Worsdale, director of the Perry Green venue, which was once the home and studios of the modern art master, said: “We understand the enormous benefits of being outdoors, access to green space, nature and inspiring artworks to our health, which has never been so important. This is why we have decided to extend our opening season in the run-up to Christmas.”

The 72-acre estate, the epicentre of Moore’s global art presence, will be open from 11am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays for six successive weekends from November 6 to December 12.

Last admission is 3pm. Booking is advised for the chance to see the iconic sculptures in their beautiful rural setting.

The on-site gift shop will be open to sell its exclusive range of Moore-inspired gifts and books, and Copley’s café will serve a festive menu of warm lunches, cakes and hot drinks.
